Our rating:

Easy to navigate around the site

Regular, football price boosts

Excellent mobile site (in fact, we may even prefer it to the desktop version)

No welcome offer, and very few, or significant, ongoing offers
Summary:
It's very difficult to really distinguish 10bet from any of its competitors. It uses the same betting & casino engine as many of the betting and gambling sites out there, just with a 10bet 'skin. As such, it's the welcome offer & reload offers that will keep you coming back, and unfortuantely they just don't exist. We have found the search function to be great, and the mobile version is really slick. The customer support/chat option is easy to find and use (with quick response times)
Offers
As there is no current welcome offer, it is obviously difficult to score highly on this category (on top of these, even some of the site 'promotions' do not seem to be valid either)
Ease of Use
As 10bet is simply a re-skin of the same betting engine that a lot of sites use, so there isn't much to differentiate from all the other betting sites out there. As such, the layout is clear and straightforward, and it's easy to find the sport/match/race you want to bet on. The colour scheme isn't particularly exciting (a sort of 2-tone grey), but it's only really a minor complaint. However, the font is a little small, and it can be hard to read at times

Mobile

There is a mobile friendly version of the Redbet site, and even though there is no dedicated app, this in no way detracts from the user's perspective on a smaller screen. The layout is still very clear and easy to use, and customer support is extremely easy to access.
Odds

Comparing Redbet to the 'major' bookies, it fares well. Football, tennis and horse racing are consistently delivering similar odds, so there is no major fear that you are missing out on any extra winnings or savings by going to big names. However, as previously mentioned, the lack of offers does mean that Redbet may not always be the best around for certain events (like big football matches) where flash odds, golden goals, build-your-own bets, etc can give more value.
Withdrawals

Withdrawals are a painless exercise. Redbet doesn't bury the withdrawal option within your account somewhere, as is very easy to find. No complaints at all here, with the money arriving back onto our nominated debit card within a few days.
